Seabiscuit vs. War Admiral

The above video is of the historic 1938 race between west coast star, Seabiscuit, and Triple Crown winner, War Admiral. Author Lauren Hillenbrand did a phenomenal job in the book, Seabiscuit, describing this race and everything that went into getting these two great horses to go head to head.

Hillenbrand’s story is inspiring because she wrote the book - which was turned into a fantastic movie - while she suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome. In some ways, her trials and tribulations mirror that of the subject matter of the book.
