OK mini-rant...One thing I have always felt very passionate about is the need to treat the World Trade Center site with great respect and the best way to do that would be to not let that sacred ground become a political football. Unfortunately, that is what is has become.
I always understood why some folks wouldn’t want buildings there and instead wanted it to be a place for a park/memorial. That’s fine. But do something. The “Freedom Tower” – quite a tacky name if you ask me – was supposed to be up by now. Forget it. We’re looking at 2013.
Shame on the above six people. All Judases!
