I have always been a big fan of factions in wrestling and as we watch the incarnation of Randy Orton’s “Legacy,” perhaps we saw the birth of another group last night on E.C.W. when World Tag Team Champions John Morrison and The Miz teamed up with Jack Swagger to defeat C.M. Punk, Kofi Kingston and Ricky Ortiz – with Swagger covering Ortiz for the victory.
I think these three would work very well together and represent a new breed of wrestlers in the W.W.E. Heck, they could even play off the fact that they aren’t second-generation and didn’t have the leg up that Randy Orton’s group may have had. This trio, arrogant already, could play up the fact that they are "self-made" and didn't need their fathers to get them "in."
It’s just an idea and one that might give Swagger the extra push that he will eventually and hopefully get. In all likelihood, one faction is probably enough for right now. Especially since a “new” Hart Foundation is on the horizon with T.J. Wilson and Harry Smith (managed by Natalya) being brought up to the Smackdown roster soon.
