Santana "Soul Sacrifice"/ Ravi Shankar "Rain Clouds" Woodstock 1969
These are two of the many legendary performances at Woodstock back in 1969. Santana, was a virtual unknown at the time and in fact their performance at Woodstock earned them a recording contract with Columbia Records.
The second video is of Ravi Shankar perforing "Rain Clouds" while it was actually raining. Shankar was a key performer at George Harrison's charity Concert for Bangladesh at Madison Square Garden in 1971 which was named one of the "50 greatest moments at MSG" and is also noted for being the father of Norah Jones as a result of an extramarital affair.
