The Who's surviving members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey (pictured with Aerosmith's Joe Perry) are being honored by the Kennedy Center in December which means a trip to the White House. What's funny about this is that Morgan Freeman, George Jones, Barbra Streisand and Twyla Tharp are also being honored. Funny, you say? Think about it, Streisand in the same room as President George W. Bush and Secretary of State Condie Rice? As my old friend Gorilla Monsoon would say, "The tension, you could cut it with a knife!"
